The School of Self-Mastery podcast is all about business, money and life. I talk with guests who have created a RICH life for themselves, not because they’re bathing in money, (although they may be doing that too) but because they’ve defined and created success on their own terms, through their own personal successful habits. Habits are the root of simplifying your success I also appear solo two days a week to dive deeper into self-mastery topics and give actionable takeaways you can start applying today.

Melissa Pharr has mastered her mindset to create big money months in her industry. Over the past few months she's created between $20-50k/month and she's telling all today on the mindset it takes to make that happen.

Melissa Pharr grew up as a country girl in a small Idaho town of 25,000 people, before completing college and working in the fitness industry straight after. Although she was quickly promoted to an upper level management position where she excelled at team training and sales, it wasn’t long after that her desire for greater time freedom and unlimited financial growth took her on a new path.

Melissa uprooted her life, moved to NYC, and decided to test her skills as an entrepreneur and coach. She fell in love with the big apple and slowly built her coaching business, but still struggled financially to pay the bills each month. Melissa felt she was meant for more, and strongly desired to become a high level coach with a mission to improve the relationship between women and money.

She joined the Academy and Business of Coaching with Gina Devee and within months, she was consistently generating 5-figure months in her coaching business with the previous months coming in at $20K, $30K, $40K this past June, and onto $50K + with the expectation of an upcoming 6-figure launch this fall.

Visualizations are a powerful way to actualize your goals. When you can see yourself doing something then you're much more likely to be able to make it happen.

On the other hand, if you cannot even create a vision of yourself achieving the goal, the likelihood of you accomplishing it is very slim.

As an athlete, I used this process ALL THE TIME, and you can apply it to your business and any goal just as easily.

I walk you through my two part visualization process in this episode.
