The Law of Action is one of the most overlooked of the Universal Laws, stating that you must take action to get what you desire.
When I say it is the most overlooked I mean in all the books and audios about the Universal laws and the Law of Attraction, they all seem to talk about visualizations and positive thinking, not that thats bad, but few talk about the fact that you must also take ACTION on these thoughts and feelings.
You can not bring what you want into being, without taking action. Yes, the positive thoughts are important. Everything first starts as a thought in your mind.
But, without action, these are merely daydreams. Action along with positive intention is what brings your dreams to life.
Today we're talking all about the 2 main steps to manifest your desires.
1. Know what you want - have a strong desire to actualize it, believe that it's possible, and have a high level of expectation that it will happen.
2. Take action to get it.
We all have "a beast" within us, and yet, there are times when the power of our mind keeps it from being unleashed. But, when we tap into our true instinctive nature, that's when we allow ourselves to play at the highest level. And, it does not matter if you are a professional athlete, or a CEO, or an entrepreneur or simply someone who seeks to get more out of everyday life. The principles are the same.
Dave Austin is an International bestselling author and a highly sought after "mental performance coach" to professional athletes. As founder of Extreme Focus he is best known for his "game ready" visualizations, which have helped NFL, MLB, Olympic, and college athletes achieve extraordinary results, along with assisting business leaders and Fortune 100 and 500 companies excel to new heights. As a former professional athlete himself, Dave uses his firsthand knowledge and experience to help get his clients "in the zone" and is affectionately known as the "secret weapon" when it comes to a competitive edge.
Many people struggle with money, that's why we talk about it a lot. They yearn for the stability that it provides, but aren’t sure how to go about finding it. Barbara Stanny's book, Secrets of Six Figure Women, profiles six figure earners - who were serial underearners until they changed their mindset – often because something drastic happened (e.g. a divorce, bankruptcy, etc).
Stanny goes on outline the key traits of under earners, and since we talked to Barbara yesterday I thought it would be useful to share her insights here to start a discussion about an often-taboo topic – money. How much we’re making, or how little we’re making, and why.
But first: What is a serial underearner? According to Stanny:
Stanny goes on to outline the characteristics of the typical underearner:
Underearners have a high tolerance for low pay.

ARE YOU IMPLEMENTING THINGS?!
MASTERY is the secret of the world's greatest and most successful achievers.
What sets my work apart from any thing else is really quite simple.
I am focused on MASTERY, not information OVERLOAD.
Let me explain why I personally think mastery is so important…
Mastery is the highest form of achievement.
It DOES NOT require you to be perfect, but it does require you to pursue perfection.
The only way to become successful is to master the foundational elements that are aligned with your desired end results and goals.
The problem with most people is they have so much information - they take courses, read books, go to conferences, enroll in programs, watch countless webinars, read emails, etc...but they're so overwhelmed they take the wrong action, or even worse - they take NO ACTION & stay paralyzed.
The immature learner wants to get as much information as they can as fast as they can, but you’ll usually find them broke, stressed, and lacking real progress.
The mature mind is very deliberate with what they study and put in their mind.
Achievers that are ready for mastery focus on listening & learning one thing until they’ve adopted it into their daily routines and habits, and seen their results improve.
ONLY THEN do they move onto the next skill that’s aligned w/ their goals and vision.
Mastery of new skills is not optional in today’s business environment and changing economy. We're in a fast-moving, competitive world, & being able to master new skills is one of the keys to success.
Here are some keys to mastery:
BABY STEPS: Real progress and self-improvement can feel overwhelming. Realize that you can’t take on everything (this is why people don't see desired results in anything - they're focused on everything). If you do, you’ll never do it. Choose one or two things to focus on, and break that down into manageable bite-sized goals.
REFLECT: To move from experimentation to mastery, you need to reflect on what you are learning. Otherwise it won’t stick. Reflecting about your progress helps you get real feedback, keeps you accountable, and cements the change.
BE PATIENT: Too often, we approach a new skill with the attitude that we should nail it right out of the gate. The reality is that it takes much longer. It’s not going to happen overnight. This is where people get frustrated and switch gears to something else - DON'T GET FLIPPY FLOPPY! Stick with it. MASTER IT.
What are YOU going to MASTER?!

What you measure, grows, yet I see many entrepreneurs not keeping track of their most important numbers. Let's talk about the metrics you need to be focusing on!
Tracking business metrics related to your current and past performance helps because in order to improve current performance you need to understand the numbers.
Businesses often have a good handle on how sales are going, but expenses can easily creep higher and before you know it, your profitable venture isn’t so profitable anymore.
The first step is to know which metrics can best help you gauge performance. It’s easy to get bogged down by focusing on too many metrics or distracted by focusing on metrics that have minimal impact to your bottom line.
Let's evaluate some key metrics!
